Contents of ProLon boxes
The kit contains five boxes – each labeled for one of the 5 days of the meal plan. You will eat and drink what you find in the daily box following the ProLon diet instructions.
Fasting Mimicking Diet ingredients are mostly plant-based, contain no additives, preservatives or chemicals, and include energy bars, soups, a variety of snacks, drinks and supplements, all researched and carefully designed to nourish your body and promote positive change.
ProLon contains honey and gelatin. ProLon's daily calorie intake ranges from 750 to 1,100 calories from wholesome ingredients that maximize nutrition and provide an enjoyable eating experience.
What do you eat on the ProLon diet?
Today, you have two ProLon diets to choose from: ProLon Original and ProLon Soup Variety 2.
Among the ingredients of the fasting imitation diet present in both diets you will find:

- kale chips,
- tea (lemon mint tea, spearmint tea, hibiscus tea),
- L-bar (crunchy chocolate bar, nut-based bar),
- supplements (taken with food).
The difference between the two kits concerns the type of soups present. Sure, they're all delicious, but what soups will you find?

Our advices
After completing your 5 days, you need to follow the ProLon diet instructions. What are they ? At the end of the 5-day program, on DAY 6 and for a period of 12 hours, you should eat meals that are light and in small portions. Gradually return to your usual healthy diet, starting with liquid foods, such as soups and juices or smoothies, followed by light meals, including rice, pasta and small portions of meat, fish and/or beans. You can return to your usual healthy diet on DAY 7.
